Please ensure that you read these terms and conditions of enrolment before submitting a registration form.

These rules apply to all pupils, including those who currently attend classes.

Fees: We offer two types of fee payment; monthly or termly invoice. If the teacher is unavailable to give any scheduled lesson, and a supply teacher cannot be arranged, the lesson will be carried forward to another date. If this is not possible, any fee already paid will be refunded. There will be no reduction in fees for lessons missed by the pupil unless a doctors’ note is shown.

COVID-19:  Should a local lockdown come into force at any time during a pre-paid half-term, we will endeavour to reschedule all classes for the remainder of that half-term into online classes. There will be no refund for that half-term’s fees. (Exceptions to this rule may be granted where the student has no access to zoom classes; please contact to discuss individual cases).  Should a local lockdown continue into a second half-term, the fees charged for that half-term will be in line with our Zoom class price structure and not our face-to-face class price structure.

Please ensure you have also reviewed our specific, COVID-19 safety information regarding class procedures etc.

Leaving the school: A months notice is required if a pupil will not be continuing with a class. Failure to do so will result in a months fees being charged.

Lost Property: The school cannot undertake any responsibility for any money or articles left behind after classes.

Uniform: All pupils must wear the correct uniform for each class. Hair must be tied back at all times. Ballet students should wear their hair in a bun. Ballet and character shoes should not be worn outside the studio. It will not only ruin the shoes but dirt, grit etc can also be walked onto the floor where children are often sitting/lying. All uniform can be ordered through the school or from Simply Dance, Warwick.

Discipline: Pupils are expected to conduct themselves in a disciplined manner whilst attending classes and be respectful to both teachers and fellow pupils at all times. This will ensure the safety and well-being of everyone. Mobile phones must be turned off or switched to silent if brought in to class.

Warwick School of Dance reserves the right to amend or alter these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
